Returns & exchange

We gladly accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receipt. The return and exchange must however be sent and paid for by customer. 

If you would like to return your item, simply follow the these steps: 
1. Fill in the Cancellation Form (Angreskjema), which is attached in the dispatch email of your order,  and send the Form to
2. Attach the return address firmly and clearly visible to the package and return through your local Postal Service.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm, we will issue a refund through PayPal. 

Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

What must be met for you to get your money back?
The Cancellation Form and the return of the item, must be sent within 14 days of receipt.

The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and with its tags intact and preferably in its original packaging.

Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are seen as part of the product.

How to return a faulty or damaged item?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or become faulty within 14 days of receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Monomania Norge has the right to make the final decision if goods are faulty or damaged. We pay all shipping costs in these cases.


Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.   

Important information

  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.
  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
  • All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
  • Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoes box as this is considered part of the product.
  • Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
